Digital Products
All digital product sales are final. Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, we generally do not offer refunds once a purchase is complete and the file has been accessed.
Exceptions
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date and we will work to resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link.
