Aloha friends, I’m Matthew Gray and welcome to 50 Tastes of Gray, with today’s guest, Chef Grace Fornasa. Grace is not your average pastry chef, as she also works as a flight attendant for a major airline and runs her own content creation channel, Grace’s Place. A New Jersey transplant to South Florida, Grace started her channel after being laid off from both her jobs as a Pastry Chef Instructor and flight attendant due to COVID-19.
Grace firmly believes that cooking nourishes our communities and wants to use her channel as a way to rebuild her community and showcase the talented people she knows by cooking with them. Her passion for food and community shines through in every recipe and collaboration. Her journey’s an interesting one.
